Checks work of section leaders who handle meats and produce and the work of dry-issue clerks. Draws dry rations from commissary or supply dump and counts number of cases of each item. Supervises a detail in loading cases on trucks and in dividing rations proportionately before delivery them to units.
May supervise delivery of rations to unit mess sergeants.
