Installs iron work, including cable racks, equipment distributing frames, and power panels. Places, fans out, and solders cables on terminal strips, and places and removes cross connections. Adjusts, tests and repairs relays, lamps, jacks, cords, plugs and other equipment necessary for the proper functioning of a manual telephone exchange.
